ESS is a global maritime services group that specializes in providing general ship supplies, stores, provisions, and leading technical maritime brands through its extensive global network. We have opened a position in our sales department.
Job description:
- Reception of client’s requisitions (quotations) and uploading in our internal system.
- Daily quoting of items with local and overseas suppliers to obtain the best offer for our clients. (Technical stores or Provisions).
- Knowledge of technical purchasing. (IMPA CODE).
- Knowledge of Marine stores.
- Managing of the general inbox.
- Negotiate payment terms with suppliers.
- Obtention of a new portfolio for both clients and suppliers.
- Managing of returned items both with suppliers and in our internal system.
- Experience in shipchandling of 3 years or more.
